The
miniature GVCM-016-019-01M Linear Voice Coil Servo
Motor is smaller in diameter than a US Dime. This
15.9 mm (0.625 in.) diameter Servo motor, also
called an Electric Cylinder, features a high
force-to-size ratio of 1.5 N (5.3 oz) continuous
force and 4.6 N (16.6 oz) of peak force. The compact
housing is just 19.1 mm (0.63 in.) long and in the
fully extended position the shaft extends 20.0 mm
(0.79 in.) beyond the face of the housing. The end of the shaft has an M2.2X0.45 thread by 4.0 mm long for backlash free connections. Non-commutated, these brushless miniature linear servo motors are clean, quiet, and feature high acceleration/deceleration, high speed, high reliability, cog free linear motion. and improved reliability. The ideal choice for: Heptic feedback and pipetting in medical devices, laser, machining and drilling, work holding and clamping, scanners and laser beam steering and filtering, optical focusing, dynamic vibration absorption, testing, sorting, and assembly. Additionally, they should be considered as low-cost replacements for pneumatic linear actuators. The housing and coil end of the GVCM-016-019-01M has 2 M2.2X0.45 threaded mounting holes on 6.4 mm centers for easy integration into new and existing applications. |
