The miniature Linear Voice Coil Motor, LVCM-022-013-02VAC, features 5.9 oz. (1.6 N) continuous force and 18.7 oz. (5.2 N) peak force in a compact 0.875 in. (22.2 mm) diameter by 0.50 in. (12.7 mm) long. These clean, quiet, efficient, low inertia, high acceleration, high speed motors have zero cogging and feature high accuracy and high repeatability when operated in a closed loop configuration as a DC servo motor. This motor is designed with a larger air gap of 0.059 in (1.5 mm). The miniature LVCM-022-013-02VAC linear voice coil motor has a stroke length of 0.25 in (6.4 mm) and can be easily incorporated in to new or existing designs.
