Series Overview
The HCDS-051-089-01 series consists of direct-drive hollow core linear voice coil stages engineered for rapid, precise, and repeatable positioning. The guided moving table surrounds a central aperture, allowing optical beams, illumination, wiring, tubing, or other components to pass through the stage.
